Bryan De Longhi is the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) Recruiter for the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board, taking on this role after twenty-plus years as a classroom/e-Learning and Co-op teacher. The best part of his day is having conversations with students, their parents/guardians, and local community partners about amazing apprenticeship opportunities right here in our own region.

Bryan loves the variety, problem solving, creativity, and physicality offered by careers in the skilled trades. This 'earn-while-you-learn' pathway makes it all the more enticing! Bryan hopes to inspire others to recognize apprenticeship as an excellent post-secondary education pathway.
